Hi loves,
I’m in the midst of a beautiful (and honestly somewhat intense) portal this weekend. I’m feeling my way through some pretty big thresholds and so are many of my loved ones. The weekend has been filled with ocean medicine and flower ceremonies, dance classes with friends and joy with lots of amazing creatures (hello dolphins and hummingbirds!) I’m dropping in fully to be present with these precious fleeting moments, so I don’t have the words yet for this time, but wanted to pop in and wish you a beautiful Spring Equinox 🌼
I’ll leave you with a couple questions I appreciate reflecting on during times of transition as well as some of the resources that are nourishing me.
💛 Love y’all
Josie
✨ I adore these questions my teacher Crystal shares during seasonal shifts and cosmic events:
What has your journey been like?
What parts of your journey are being mirrored back to you through your ecosystem? In the land and creation around you?

✨ Tending growth
It feels so sweet to tend to my plant babies and cheer on their growth. I’m in the process of repotting all my indoor plants and fertilizing all of my outdoor plants.
I’m also excited to plant some sunflower seeds in my garden for a spring equinox ritual tomorrow in honor of my sunshine boy and new ancestor, Bo. 🌻
And speaking of cheering on growth. The baby hummingbirds have feathers now and do a little dance in the nest to shift spots and stretch their wings. They’ve grown so much in such a short amount of time that I can almost always see them when I peak out the window. I named them Fuzzy and Jazzy 💛 They are the sweetest blessings.
Here’s a very zoomed in picture (lol) of them resting.
